Spitfire Imaging for C-41. Very quality oriented boutique with friendly staff. Great hours.

E-6 Labs for, you guessed it, E-6. Not as quality oriented (always get dust on scans and scan quality is marginal) but friendly, quick service. Good hours.

Both labs are within walking distance in the west Atlanta photo district.
 
I got an email from someone asking some more specific questions about Atlanta labs. Here are my answers -- hope this helps someone else:
E6 Labs also does C41 and digital contacts. The quality has always been great. I've had bad luck with scans there, but two thumbs up on processing. It's a serious lab for serious results.
Moakler: Used by a lot of students in the area. I've heard they are a decent lab. No experience beyond that.
Yes, Spitfire also does black and white work.

Here are some labs I have had bad luck with. I won't expand on it that much because I don't want to flame. Just take it as a warning:
Color Genesis, Meteor, Wolf on 14th.
