Thanks for viewing. These are not just hatched snakes, way too big. I believe that they ar male snakes swarming the female.
These water snakes are very common in FL and are not poisonous, not dangerous. However, they are ofter mistaken for the poisonous water moccasin (cotton mouth,) which is dangerous.
I was approximately 10-15' from them.
