Well, nothing special, just few Easter and early spring (which we in Ottawa still have) pictures. Thanks for looking.

Peter

Hello Flektogon, happy to see you post here.
I think this forum is a pretty good replacement for DPR. Many friendly people here.

Thanks RBIV, and yes, I've got the feeling that this forum will be a good replacement for now (almost) dead PDReview. I am a (rather passive) member of the PentaxForums as well, but it is a huge and rather a cumbersome forum for my liking, at least. I prefer something more "intimate", exactly like was DPReview and this forum (so far).

Regards,
Peter

Like your crocus picture...we had two hot days shortly after our crocus bloomed and the flowers croaked.

Oh yes, in Minnesota you don't have much better climate. Currently we, in Eastern Ontario "suffer" from abnormally high precipitation. During 5 winter months we got some 4 m of snow, for example :) .

Thanks! That first picture (pity that no EXIF data are provided) was taken with the K-01 + DA21/3.2 combo and the others with the KP + DA 55-300/PLM. All o-o-c JPEGs with no further processing (but shoot in the Bright shooting mode).

I also really like that easter egg picture, it's very lifelike.
A few tips for posting images in this forum (more details in the how-to post):
  • The forum will downscale uploaded images such that their largest dimension is 1600 pixels. If you pre-scale your images to that size before uploading, they will be preserved as-is, so any Exif will also be preserved (and you can use your preferred rescaling method).
  • Click on “Insert…” after uploading an image to make it appear larger.

If you show the images bigger, the Exif data are displayed with the addon Exify for Chrome and Firefox. See the FAQ/instructions for image uploading in the help section or click on the link in my signature

Good to see you (and your images) here Peter
