The first image was 5.6mg, original size, I reduced the size to (Large885kb). The quality seems poor to me. The second image is from the iPhone, which I thought would work in original size, again I had to reduce the size in Apple photos to get it to upload.

You inerted it as a thumnail. Try to insert it as "full image" as seen in the screenshot in that FAQ

This worked, but made so small the quality is very poor.

I made it now bigger for you.

Do not resize the image for pixel. Only reduce the file size in KB.

Thanks for your help, not sure how to reduce the size in KB as I only have iPad.
