While I also still shoot using the 16MP MFT sensor, I've been having much better luck with the OM-1.

Very nice to see. If I was using native AF tele lenses, it's the body I would go for. Excellent camera.

Better results with the OM-1 20Mp sensor in what way? Better AF?
Hi Mark, I always envied the shots of birds taken by others. I tried moving from APS-C and m4/3rds to FF and I was never able to get what I wanted. Maybe it is the AF on the OM-1 (I know that I'm using the OM-1 differently and I know that the OM-1's subject ID seems to be helping). With the OM-1 I'm shooting birds with the eShutter, allowing the camera to set ISO. I have the aperture set as well as the shutter speed and I'm shooting short bursts using AF-C. I'm very happy with how quickly the camera identifies that I'm shooting a bird and locks on.

I was somewhat worried that the PL wouldn't perform but the way I', shooting it seems to work better on the OM-1 than it did on either the gx85 or gx9.
