10mm f/2.8 OR 10-20 f/3.5?

I'm looking for a ultra wide lens, and I know that despite being in Sigma's fisheye lineup, the 10mm f/2.8 only gives 154° field of view when used on an SD14. So my primary question is, would the 10-20mm f/3.5 offer the same fov at 10mm? Honestly, a difference of f/.7 is rather insignificant for my purposes and the ability to zoom would be really nice.
