203FE with CFV-16

took some test shoot with the CFV-16 digital back, transfer the file to the PC. Using Phocus 3.3.6, it display the thumbnail fine. When import the file, all Phocus shows in a black image. Any idea how to correct this?

found out what's wrong. Turns out to be a few bad CF cards? The one did not work were 1GB and 2GB card. The one that is working are the 16GB.
