Yes it is at least partially. What do you mean by non-automatic?. If the F16 stop on the lenses aperture ring is in green (MM series C/Y lens) then it is fully compatible. if the F16 stop is white then program mode and TV mode will not work but AV mode and manual will be fine (AE series C/Y lens). This applys to all of the lens you can fit to an RX.
