Availability of Contax N lenses

Hello,

Is it difficult to get new Contax N lenses? I noticed that two of the giants in USA (Adorama and B&H) are selling MS 100/2.8 for $599 and TAT 400/4 for $1449. They do not have the lenses in stock, but I think the prices is (too) low to be true. I have mailed B&H but they did not respond.
 
Dare I say my order from Adorama on 5/11 for the 400 shipped today? Unfortunately, 3-day select wil get it to me after the 3-day weekend : (


I'm still waiting on my order placed on 5/4 for a 100. I did notice that neither the 400 or 100 lenses are listed any more.
