C740 change default HQ to SHQ

Anybody knows how to permanetly change the default value for pic-quality.
After changing the value form HQ to SHQ,
the original value (default) comes back
every time I stop the camera.

Go into 'mode menu', setup, 'all reset' and set this to off. The default is on, which means that all things that you have changed will revert back to the factory default when you turn the camera off. There is a list of settings that are affected by this option in the manual.
