Camille Flammarion's observatory is surrounded by circular windows with colored glass. These windows are purely decorative and have no astronomical purpose. It is possible that they evoke the work of Camille Flammarion on the influence of the color of light on the growth of plants, work for which he used greenhouses of colored glass. While photographing this window, I had the impression of a return to the roots of photography.
