G'day everyone,...
I'm here in Australia and have had my Contax 137 for many years,...
In fact I resisted getting into digital untill only 5-6yrs ago,..
My first digital was a Contax T2 type that I still have, I do need to get it repaired though.
I don't think it liked the vibrations it might have had in my bag on the back of my bike.
I have gotten myself a Canon EOS 1000D to use so I at least have a DSLR. I also will need to get myself some remote flashs and stands.
I have been useing a 'Sunpak' flash on my 137 when I need to but to date have no external flash for the Canon except the 'internal' one built into it.
I found the change from 35mm to digital took me a while to learn/get used to. Then I had a few yrs off and got back into takeing pictures when I got the Canon, since then I find I am learning all over again, the settings I used to use with 35mm don't seem to come out quite the same way in digital format. So I find myself re-learning what effect changes I make are haveing in the finnal outcome.
