Hasselblad's prizes for second hand digital

Why the best digital stuff, the 39Mpix H3 used but like new are sold about half prize on B (19'000 $) when the CFV second hand back are on sale for allmost new prize (12'000$) ?

Does it mean that 30% rabate on CFV will improve the sale directly and the same on the 30Mpix will not ?
