Hi

I've got a DP2 and I enjoy it's IQ greatly. I've become a fan of the foveon sensor and I hope the Sigma SD1 becomes a very good camera!


Two questions:
1. Can one turn off the annoying scrolling banner in this forum?
2. If I click on the random album photos on the frontpage I'm not allowed. Why is this? The error message is not clear.

Hello folks,
I have not a sigma camera (I'm in Nikon by now) but I'm interested to know the opinion of the users of the brand. I'm interested from the beginning in Foveon technology and now, I'm looking carefully the SD-1 as it promises a very capable tool (and probably at an affordable price).
I will follow to your treads to learn some things about sigma.

Not much can be done about the scrolling banner. It is there even for the paying members. (Sigma Club)

Some random images are not viewable in portfolios. They appear to be from people who are no longer active on the site.

I use both Canon and Sigma cameras, and enjoy both.
