Help with Dimage Viewer

I recently got my dimage x20 and have used the viewer that comes with the camera to view/edit photos and to view movies with the plug-in 'movie enhancer'. However when I try and apply corrections to my movie files i get the message Error: Code 297 repeatedly. Can anyone help me?
