Sinar 100 Filter Holder with hood and the following lens rings: - 58mm: 67mm: 77mm: 82mm: Lee Rings - 58mm & 82mm:
The lens hood clips together in 3 sections depending on your focal length & I’ve used it with no problems from a 65mm lens on a 5x4 up to a 480mm on my 10x8 plus of course my medium format and 35mm set ups.
The Sinar holders were originally made by HiTech/Formatt and I have the following 100 x 100 Sinar filters:-
80A: 85B: 81A-B-C-D-EF: 0.6ND: 0.9ND: 5-10-30Magenta: 5 & 10Yellow:
For Black and White:- #25 RED, #58 GREEN, #160 ORANGE, #8 YELLOW & #11 YELLOW/GREEN:
SINAR GLASS LINEAR POLARISER: Comes mounted in a matt black metal 100 x 100 frame, turns freely & Polarises a treat:
LEE FILTERS 100x100: 80A: 80B: 0.6ND: 0.9ND:
ANTIQUE SWEDE – This filter is a special dye mixed by Lee and gives a very interesting result that kicks the light round very differently to an 81EF. I’ve used this a lot. It warms up the scene giving a wonderful look to the shot. As I client said to me after shooting a double decker going over Lambeth Bridge on a grim miserable grey November day when they received the 10x8 trannies
'WOW! How did you make it look like May?' It’s magical & seemingly no longer made by them.
LEE 100x125 GRADS:- These were specifically hand dipped for me by Lees – 85 to 0.6 & 85 to 0.9 Grads. I had these dipped for use with Tungsten stock outdoors on long exposures to alleviate any potential reciprocity problems that could possibly be encountered using daylight stock on long exposures..

All the above were specifically made for me by Lee Filters to fit the Sinar holder which takes a thinner filter. However, they also fit the Lee Filter Holders with no problems and don’t slip out.

Scouting around a few professional suppliers I use, the 100x100 filters come in at anywhere between £60 to well over £100 per filter ... ouch!
Taking the lower figure, this lot racks in at well over £2600.00 plus the holder, rings & custom case if you went out to get them today.
The case measures 14" x 8" x 18" 35cm x 20cm x 60cm & weighs in at 5Kgs.
