Macro lenses vs long telephoto zoom or normal lens with extension tubes

Thanks for the detailed reply. You confirm that my need for focus at long distance cannot be satisfied by standard Contax lenses with bellows unit. Also, I have no working German but Schnittbildindikator must mean "split-image rangefinder".
