Mainline steam excursion heads for the Lickey Incline in England

Last week there was a train hauled by double headed Castle class steam locos that passed up the famous steep, Lickey Incline. This was as they passed the Spetchley loop near Worcester. Not much exhaust and rather a dull sky and surroundings so I tried it in black and white.
I was hauled by Clun Castle on a steam excursion in 1967 just before steam stopped being used on the mainline in Britain. It was never expected that steam would return to the mainline but 56 years later Clun Castle is still out there! It was only 17 years old in 1967 and now it is 73.

Great photo! I think the b&w treatment suits it well.
