Problems With Dimage Scan Dual II

I have had a Dimage Scan Dual II for a few years, and had it working on windows 2000. I recently got a new system with XP, and cannot get the scanner to work. The software loads up, but when I go to start a scan, i get a message that says "film is beeing transported" but nothing happens, then about a minute later I get "Error = 1
An unexpected error has occured. Processing will be stopped"

Anyone had this problem before?
 
Yes, I have de same problem. It even sometimes occured under win98se. Switching the usb connection sometimes worked.
Under xp, when new hardware is detected, I get a message that the driversoftware doesn't stands through the Windows logo test. I should contact my hardware distributor and upgrade my drivers.
Who can help?
