Yes, it's possible!

Oyvind wrote an compendium for SD14 wich covers even NonSigma lenses for the camera here.

I don't know if it possible to mount a Canon to the SD 14 but I have changed mounts on my Sigma SD 14 to take Nikon lenses, both AF and manual. Both Manual and AF is used in the manual mode.

Yes, you can, and seems all functions are working perfectly, like AF.
