Speedlite 420EX vs 430EZ

Dear all,
Who can tell me the difference between the speedlite 420EX and the 430EZ?? I got a 430EZ: beautiful results with my EOS3 / 600, but I can't use it (A)TTL with my Powershot G3... so I am considering obtaining a 420EX. Does the 420EX also have a LCD display??
