Very cool. I like semi-abstract close-up details like this! Nice work. Looks like some sort off modular system -- not just the holds, but the panels, too. Some are smooth and some have texture. I thought it might be cast-in-place concrete or precast panels. There would need to be a sturdy structural support system behind it -- to hold things up! This stuff is interesting (to me). Thanks for the pics. Cool.

From what I understand, this is not concrete but sturdy wood panels. The holds on these panels are regularly reorganized, and have to be safety-tested periodically. There are very thick mattresses on the floor but you can still seriously hurt yourself when you fall. The biggest danger is when you fall on someone else.
