V-Lux1 - TRANSCEND 32GB SDHC Compatibility

Hello, I am using Leica V-Lux1 camera for sometime. I was using Kingstone 8GB SDHC Class-II memory card and it was working fine. Yesterday i have purchased the TRANSCEND 32GB SDHC MEMORY CARD CLASS 6 on ebay from HK. But when i insert this new card and power on the V-lux1. Camera is indicating the Memory card Error on the screen and stops there. Does anyone face the similar situation before? What could be wrong? - Card is faulty? - Firmware upgrade is required for V-lux1 camera? Pls advise. Thanks in advance. Pratik
