What would the lighting setup be for this one?

The attached image is of Robert Mugabe © Platon/courtesy Schirmer/Mosel. I am trying to figure out what the lighting setup is to achieve the halo that is body-shaped as well as teh glow on Mugabe's face on both sides. Any clues / hints would be appreciated.
