Correct. There's no reflex mirror - so the "R" in "DSLR" is absent.
And the "L" isn't really there either: while there are field-correcting lenses just ahead of the sensor array, the image is formed by a telescope using huge curved mirrors.
So it's more of a DCART: Digital Camera Array on a Reflecting Telescope
