Zeiss 180 sonnar vs. 85/1.4 plus mutar2

I am interested in obtaining a long lens(170-200mm) with a maximum aperature of 2.8. i do not have the 85 1.4. i only have the 28f2.8 and the 50f1.4. i would like hear from those who have either the 180 sonnar or have used the 851.4 plus mutar2 combination,
thank you.
 
First of all you can't mount the mutar II on the 85/1.4, only the mutar I. I used this combination during a hiking trip, it is usable, but the slides (Provia 100F) were obviously softer on the light table, especially wide open. The sonnar 180 straight is better.
