Angel of the Morning

Thought I should do my bit on this new site so here's a photo taken a while ago (actually when I checked the metadata it's exactly 16 years ago TODAY when it was taken on a Canon 30D).
It's The Angel of the North and usually I try to get people into the frame to give a sense of scale but this one works better on its own. The wingspan of the Angel is greater than that of a 747 aircraft. The artist is Anthony Gormley and he's a favourite of mine.
I'll admit that it has been tweaked a bit in Photoshop.
After sitting there on various hard drives for years I decided I want some black and white (not greyscale) prints to put on the wall.
