As I was driving home last week, this looked like a nice shot. Parked the car and went for a short walk. It was a warm afternoon. This location is about halfway between the two "normal spots" that are usually good for train pictures. Nice to have the 3 locomotives heat-to-tail for photogenic purposes even though they are not unidirectional (operationally). Two ET44C4's followed by a ES44C4. The coal is coming from the Powder River Basin (Montana and Wyoming) heading to Roberts Bank (British Columbia).
