Just had to share a good experience with Kyocera US. I dropped my N-digital on a cement walk and then it slid under a moving wheelchair. It was not a pretty sight. The camera and lens each had a minor scratch, but both needed repair. I took the pair to the service center in New Jersey (luckily it is a short drive from home) and the staff was very accomodating. I have my camera back after a week and all is working like new. If only their product development teams had the same sense of urgency!
 
That's good to know Diane especially after all the negative feedback we have had about Kyocera service. I have had good service from Kyocera UK in the past.

I've always had excellent results from Contax service once the case was in action. It's getting their attention that is problematic - I think they work quarter shifts or something ...
