Does anyone use the Zeiss Sonnar T 85/2.8 lens?

> I'd agree with you Rico on all counts. The 100/2 is excellent even wide open. The 100/3.5 is a nice compact and lightweight alternative. Excellent performance too. I don't carry both my 50mm and 85mm lenses at the same time. As you say, they are too close in focal length but the 85mm lenses do make a nice complement to a 35mm focal length lens.

I agree with Jason...I carry a 35 1.4 and an 85 1.4 around a lot...and also add the 100 makro...that seems to me a good kit more most shooting...especially people.
