Dust problem of CM

Dear Fellows, would you mind to share any experience on whether dust is easy to get into (not 'on') the lens of CM? I have found a good quality 2nd-hand CM but there is a tiny but visible white spot (or dust?) inside the lens, is it just common? (the camera is just bought for three months by the seller.)
