G2 viewfinder cleaning

I've been using a Contax G2 for over 4 years now and have noticed quite an accumulation of lint visible throught the viewfinder. Of course this doesn't affect the lens path but I find it is to the point it is very distracting when composing shots. I've tried cleaning the lint by popping off the viewer eyepiece but appears as though it is "inside" the camera body. Any suggestions?

I haven't done so yet but I am going to buy the repair manual on ebay = and then do it myself. I started doing little repair jobs on my cameras = as of late and the viewfinder will be one of the future projects.
