Gear List work-around

One feature I like in DPR is the Gear List database associated with a user's profile. (EXAMPLE LINK)

We currently don't have such a functionality here, however, in our profiles, we have a large, free-form "About Me" field. I've used that field to type in my Gear List. I've found it handy in photography gear discussions to be able to say: "Refer to my Gear List to see what I'm working with."

If you click on your name, then go to the About tab, it will take you there. Here's mine:

Just an idea to share.

Good idea and a work around might be best for Dirk at the moment. I have never used a gear list as it might be so large as to embarrass me.
More like 'what I am using this week' might be more appropriate.

They is a good idea. I had a gear list once at DPR and was always getting flamed about it. It would take a while to list them here. I'm not bragging but I can use a different camera for every day of the year, maybe double up on a few days, too.
