Hasselblad H4D50 Lens Connection Problems

Since upgrading from an H3DII body to the H4D body to use with my 50 mp back, I've been experiencing serious problems with the camera freezing and refusing to take pictures unless the lens is removed and replaced and/or the battery removed and replaced. On one occasion, for some unknown reason, the only way to get the camera back working was to remove the remote release cord.
The upgrade and necessary calibrations were performed by Hasselblad UK in late July 2010 and, since then, the camera, viewfinder, digital back and a lens have, on 2 occasions, been sent back to Hasselblad UK and head office in either Sweden or Denmark for repair.
No repair has, so far, solved the problem and I have today written, yet again, to Hasselblad detailing the problems I experienced in the field yesterday (31 October 2010) and requesting that the camera be collected by them for a 3rd time but, this time, that the H4D body I have be replaced with a brand new one.
I'd be grateful if users of H4D50 cameras could contact me through this forum to detail any problems they are experiencing.

That does not sound good. Try to sought this out with HB UK.
They offer reliable old fashioned service. This camera should be inspected by the Hasselblad factory untill the reason for jamming has been found.
It gives Hasselblad a chance to improve their products by solving these kind of problems.
