Hummingbird shot through a window

It is cold and rainy today and when I was looking out through a window I spotted this little Hummingbird on one of my feeders. By the time I got my camera it was perched on these hooks above the feeder. I took the shot through a slot in the shutters and through the glass window.

I guess I'm going o have to learn how to properly resize. It is something I never do. I usually just crop to eliminate what I don't want and then post process. It took me several attempts to get this to fit and it doesn't look very good. The original wasn't great considering the above limitations but then having to reduce it in size made it even worse. When I get some time I'll scout around for some info on resizing to see what I can learn.
