Is Catalina a Risk now? Ventura is probably the Last OS which my Mac can run.

I'm on Catalina and so far stayed on it and have avoided all the Upgrades including Ventura. Am I at risk if I don't install Ventura? I'm assuming that Sonoma won't work on my Intel MacBook Pro 16" (2019).

There's an Emergency Patch for Ventura lately.
