Japanesemade adapters any good

I am thinking of getting the LilyBox Autofocus adapter on ebay. $81US with shipping. Not true AF of course, focal assist like an RX. The feedback comments are 99% positive. Any suggestions? Are the AF assist adapters a good idea? Is it better to go with Cameraquest or Kindai? Please comment. Any other "specific" brand recommendation?

The non-AF-Confirm ones I currently use from DSLR eXchange are no longer made, but I do like them.
