Language selections in Japanese market N1 cameras

I've got three V1 bodies at three moment. Two of them have long lists of languages to pick from while the third body has English and what I assume is Japanese. Was my third V1 originally sold for the Jsapenese market? If so is this typically the case?

Bingo! The Japanese N1 boxes have a choice of two languages only, Japanese and English.
