M42 to SD14 adapters

in regard to the flek 2,8/35mm

fyi aparently there are at least two different versions of the flektogon 2.8/35mm. One that stops down to f16 and another that stops down to f22. The latter should be useable on SD14 cams, i.e. focus to infinity. The former hits the dust filter when focusing to infinity.
 
The polish made M42 adaptor is just great and performs flawlessly !

Since its price is reasonable I now have several adaptors on all of my M42 lenses remaining on there all the time. Infinitiy focus is no problem from the range of lenses I use: old pentax 50mm 1.4, Sigma 135mm 1.8, tamron 28mm Tamron 24mm Tamron 90mm Macro Tamron 500mm f8 mirror lens.

If you set the aperture value on the SD14 to 1.0 in the display the camera`s TTL light measurement system will work fantastic with A or M mode on all M42 lenses !
Another useful tip: try finding some manual Tamron lenses and the appropriate Adaptall for M42 or PentaxK
