Another police officer and I had to give a program to a Neighborhood Watch meeting. The next day the chief asked us how it went. "Really well. They were very interested," my partner said. "How many people were there?" "I didn't count them." I laughed and said, "Chuck. when there's three in the front row and two in the second row you don't really need to count." They really were very interested, asked a lot of questions, and argued at a few points. The chief, Chuck and I all laughed.
