News Photography fine at Uluru (Ayers Rock)

Interesting. Thousands and thousands of people visit this site, most with cameras. It is hard to believe these influencers' social media post was singled out to be fined. I visited Uluru a couple of months ago, camera in hand. We did use a professional guide, and he helped with what we could and could not photograph. But it could be easy to shoot something that is not allowed. Fortunately I'm not much of a social media poster.
 
A large rock that is pretty famous. I understand geology. August in the vast outdoors . Aussies have a lot of couontry to protect. If it needs protection. I think it does if you can find volunteers. There are hippies out there who would surprise you with their talent. Hippies being the usual country boy.
Since, I haven't been here for a while, here is a photo that I posted on the neighborhood. It's not as great as some of the other emidiate shots. A lucky photo that I have had in mind. and got lucky.
