Allthough most are considered pest's I love Pigeons. According to science they are also one of the smarter species.

The ones in our neighborhood are generally well-behaved. I like their cooing sounds, it is relaxing. Of course the largest problem is their droppings. Not sure if it's them, but some of the birds here perform dive-bombings on windows and walls.

Over here the deliberate bombdrops are done by the Jackdaws and Crows. I also like the cooing sounds btw.
 
I hope I've got this one right - Common Sandpiper or 'Oeverloper' as we call them here :)
Today was the first time I've seen one. Tiny thing, no bigger than a starling.
Location is a small nature reserve near Haastrecht NL called de Hoge Boezem.
Fujifilm X-T3 and zoomlens at 150mm.
