Trying some bees with the new macro lens. It wasn't easy, the illumination was constantly changing due to clouds, and everything was bobbing around due to wind gusts. 2 photos survived the post-shooting selection massacre:

Beautifull still life, raises questions though Was there a flood or do Cactusses also grow under water? (somehow I dont think so but I'm curious though).

Raytheontic, the cactus are in a normally very low holding pond, with all the rain we experienced the level rose enough to cover part of the cactus. A very rare sight in then desert.
