Rebuild MacOS -

I tried Option Cmd R (Rebuild MacOS). It loaded Monterrey which because I had Catalina on my MacBook Pro 16" (Intel), Catalina was what I would get?

I'm Backing up to my External Hard Disk with SuperDuper. Sonoma is probably the last MacOS for my Intel Mac. I might go to Sonoma.
