Sharing a video

I really enjoyed this one by The Photographic Eye and I thought I would share it with you all.



The presenter uses Vivian Maier to encourage us to take photos that make ourselves happy, not always with the intent to share. I catch myself sharing the ones that make me happiest, hoping that others will enjoy them; sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

He also shared a lot of Maier's better photos. (I've seen many of hers that didn't do anything for me) I think I'm going to buy a book of her work to add to my library.

Thank you for sharing this. Vivian Maier's inages are really interesting. I like that style.

It will take years until all of her images are developed and accessable.

It is so true that we first and foremost have to take images for our own joy.
