Sigma 2X teleconverter

Just bought a used Sigma EX 2.0x APO DG teleconverter on ePrey. Trying for more macro magnification gotta have it, gotta, gotta . . .

Also bought a Ranox DCR-250 close-up "filter", i.e. lens.

Also bought a 10-diopter cheap glass close-up lens. Yep.

Anybody used any of the above with the Sigma 70mm EX DG macro lens?
