I was looking at the P Touch Labellers. They support up to before Monterrey (10.14). There's the Mac App Store version and iOS/iPadOS version. I'm still on Catalina.

New version of P Touch Labeller, E850

Old Version of P Touch Labeller, D800. The Mac App Store doesn't support the D800 P-Touch Labeller.

I have been using Macs since 1989, starting with an SE/30.
The introduction of OS X was one of the most exciting things, the whole system was suddenly way less arcane, more open and tweakable, and open source software could be installed relatively easily. The popularity also boomed, which lead to more manufacturers supporting Macs.
Lately it seems like everything has been shifted in reverse. Apple is regressing towards its proprietary nature from the previous century, they try to sabotage open source software, and manufacturers give up on following the company's whims. Of course it doesn't help that they first dropped support for 32-bit, and shortly after moved towards an entirely different CPU platform. This is why nobody cares to make software compatible with 64-bit Intel, because that platform was only relevant for a short time. I think this is one of the main reasons why we see support for older hardware being dropped entirely, because it just isn't worth the investment to rebuild the drivers for the M1 platform.
