Hi Robert,
in the first picture the loading process is not completed,the field above the
magnifier indicator is empty and the progress bar is halfway through.
Does it also happen if the loading is completed?
I can´t force that to happen on my computer.
Could be a problem within the graphic driver of your VGA card.
Regards
Uwe

Hi Uwe,

Regarding your first question: yes it happens after a file fully loads.

Since my last post, I have installed on 5 machines. on machine #1, I uninstalled, downloaded again, reinstalled, rebooted. Same result.

Desktop #2 -> same as #1
Desktop #3 -> same as #1
Laptop #1 -> same as #1
Laptop #2 -> same as #1

The driver issue is a possibility; at some point next week as my schedule permits I will look into the drivers for the desktops. I am preparing for a should surgery. Nothing major, just a time constraint.

Laptops are both Dell and #2 is three weeks old. Both are updated.

I can´t force that to happen on my computer.
Is this the German or English version? I am assuming the German, but I had to ask. I am going to (hopefully) install the German version. My German is not as fluent as your English, which, is very good!

Robert

Hi Uwe,

I did get the German translation installed and ran it on desktop #2. It was the same result as picture #2.

I'll look into this further as time permits; in the meantime, version 3 is very usable.

Robert

Hi Robert,
thank you for the flowers.;)
It´s a pitty,you had no success so far.
I´ve gone through the German section of the forum,but found no reports
which indicate a problem like you have.
I´ll keep my eyes open.
Regards
Uwe
