There seems to be room for improvement on newly introduced requirements on pictures

Today I discovered the contraints I usually used for pictures to upload (max 2 Mo, 1920 pts) are no longer acceptable. To upload my picture of the week in our Project 52, I had to downsize it to less than one Mo and 1000 pts, which is not very convenient as all of my other destinations continue to accept the heavier version. Worse, I could not post the same tiny picture in the People, Portait and Wedding Portfolio because it exceeded my quota (although the stated quota was much larger that the picture).

Did you had the same problems, or is it just me?
