Thoughts on GH5S for $1000 in 2023?

Hi,

Appreciate if anyone can chime in on whether or not there is a better low light option for MFT than the GH5S in 2023.
 
My thought is that the GH5-II might be a better choice for low light due to the excellent IBIS stabilization, which GH5S lacks. Also seems like noise is well controlled in GH5-II.
 
I found only one review doing a direct low light video comparison and seems as if they are very similar up to ISO 4000.
